Learn About Us
joy9 is a safe and entertaining online gaming platform built for Bangladeshi players — where you always get transparency, fast payments and service in Bengali.
Our Story & Mission
joy9 was built around a simple but powerful goal — to give Bangladesh's players a gaming experience that is entirely in their own language, with their preferred payment methods, and suited to their way of life. We believe online gaming is not just entertainment on a computer screen — it is a social experience, and that experience becomes even more enjoyable when it is offered in a familiar language and a familiar environment.
Every step — from the moment you arrive on our platform through to payments, gameplay and support — has been designed with Bangladeshi users in mind. At joy9 you can make fast transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer, with a minimum deposit of just ৳300 to get started. Withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes, making it one of the fastest in the market.
Our mission is clear: to give every player a fair, transparent and responsible gaming environment. We keep your personal information and transactions secure through SSL encryption and modern security technology. To ensure fair play, we work with globally recognised game providers — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Evolution Gaming all supply their best content to our platform.
We have deep respect and love for Bangladesh's sports culture. Cricket holds a special place in the hearts of people in this country, and that is why the cricket-based sports betting section at joy9 is particularly rich. During every major tournament — BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL — our platform stands with Bangladesh's cricket fans. Alongside cricket, sports such as football and kabaddi are also available in our sports section.
Our commitment to players at joy9 does not stop at the game. Our 24/7 live chat and email support is active in both Bengali and English, so you can get help immediately whenever a problem arises. We welcome new players with a 150% first-deposit bonus — up to ৳20,000 — with a wagering requirement of just 15 times. Our VIP programme also offers weekly cashback across four tiers from Bronze to Platinum.
We believe responsible gaming is the foundation of a healthy experience. That is why joy9 always encourages players to set their own limits, and we keep responsible gaming tools and information readily available for everyone. joy9 is not just a gaming platform — it aims to become a trusted part of online entertainment in Bangladesh.
